< thanks for the plot start j but that doesn't mean I'm going to play nice in a certain area! >

The robbery of the tomb was one thing.... the fact that all the gold had been left untouched and only a measly clay pot was taken, well Megan knew something was up then.

She had spent the better part of the year covering stories in the Egypt and surrounding areas as a favor for a friend and now, with him having returned to do his own work, she had time to spare.  Or did until she read the front page story in the local paper.

Now she was on her way to California to find out why the clay pot had been shipped to a relative archeologist unknown.

When she reached California, three days later, she had come to find that the unknown archeologist was now dead and no clay pot in sight.

She had snuck past the police line after they had left and found an address that was set appart from others in a small black book.  She read the name again.

Claire Ellison.

Ellison.. she knew an Ellison.  A detective Ellison in fact.  Cascade.  It was a stretch though until she did some research.

That was the next step.
