"Have a look at this?" He held out some polariod pictures.
They were all of Rachel and Kat. Occassionally thre were other people in
them, such as a group of children Kat was playing with in the park
and...there was a picture of Nick and Rachel from that night at the
hospital. "This certainly does look incriminating."
"Son of a bitch." Nick growled as he took his flashlight off and turned it
on, running it over the top shelf for anything else.
"Incriminating to us that have to track down psychos all of the time but not
for the cops to pick his ass up." he answered, hoping to find something
that would be enough to pick him up on.
Nothing.
He looked at the pictures and nodded at the box "And damned if we don't have
to leave them here so we don't tip him off either."
Nick wanted nothing more than to take everything relating to Rachel or Kat
and burn it along with this house to make sure the stalker didn't have
anything to look at before Nick beat him within an inch of his life.
He looked at Derek "What now, Boss? I say stake this joint out until he
shows up and you go scare up some of those people you know that can help
scope out the city and more pesonal records we can't get our hands on."
Nick had had stake outs that had lasted days and considering he had only
done it for one night, he was still good to go.
