"Take me back to house and get whatever you think you'll need before you
come back. It could be awhile."
Nick raised his forefinger and took a little something out from his pocket,
looking around the room for the best place.
Fingering the small listening device he went over to a small table a lamp
sat on and reached up underneath it, sticking the newest design of a 'bug'
underneath it as he explained to Derek "This little baby can't be picked up
on normal detection devices and by the looks of this place and his bank
account he can't afford what's needed to detect it. We might luck out and
get a psycho that likes to talk to himself."
He then straightened and moved toward the door, leaving things as they had
been and without prints as they went along.
Few minutes later and they were heading back to the House.
Alex and Julia had left so Nick went up to his room and grabbed what he
would need.
"I'll be good." he came back and drawled, already knowing that Derek would
either say something or was already thinking it. "And I'll call if he shows
up. I'll have the phone on me in case you end up getting something too."
He then went to the kitchen and came back with a thermos of coffee, grinning
as he shook it a little for emphasis "Gotta love Jonathan. He's better than
a boyscout."
"And don't blame me if girls come back with a load of stuff and end up
needing a guest bedroom to store it in." he added as he headed toward the
front door. "Call them and let them know what's up?"
