Derek did not wake again until the early morning sun began to filter into
the room.  However, it was not the extra light that woke him, but the
unmistakable feeling of being watched.  His eyes struggled open to find
Julia lying beside him and looking straight into his eyes.  He lay there
staring back for a moment before asking groggily, "do I have something on my
nose?"

Julia smiled and kissed the tip of his nose "Nope.. well you do now."  She
snuggled to his side "I didn't wake you, did I? Baby wasn't sleepy anymore
and you're cute when you sleep."

She chuckled quietly at using his words back at him from last night and the
expression he looked at her with at her cute comment.
