She slid off of the table's edge "Sure. I'll call them on my way out and
let you know. Matter of fact I'll call them while putting this sucker up
and getting what I need for the afternoon dosage."
Julia had lightly tossed and caught the empty milk glass and gave a playful
wink before waving at the others and walking back toward the entrance "And
found a lot of files for you to go over."
She had been deliberately vague about what kind of files as well as the kind
of dosage she was going to snag. Now, looking at the curious expressions on
both Alex and Nick's faces she looked at Derek and asked "You haven't told
them, have you?"
Derek:
"No," Derek said with a shake of his head. "I didn't feel it my place to
tell them without you." He felt a sudden prickle of nerves and realized
that was partly the reason, he had waited, though he really did think it was
something that should be done together. He also felt the decision about
when to inform people was Julia's.
