"No," Derek said with a shake of his head. "I didn't feel it my place to
tell them without you."
He felt a sudden prickle of nerves and realized that was partly the reason,
he had waited, though he really did think it was something that should be
done together. He also felt the decision about when to inform people was
Julia's.
She looked from him to the others and back again. They were bound to see
the vitamins in the refrigerator so she scratched her head sheepishly and
looked at Derek, her lips twitching humorously "Think we should tell them
now or later?"
