"Knowing them?" Julia asked before answering, looking at the door for a way
to get it unlocked "A lot of something that will blow this place off the
map."
Then she looked at Reese "Do you think you can use your ability to unlock
this thing? And has anyone seen Claire, Brady or Milo?"
Reese nodded to her question about the lock and let Sam answer the other one
as she put her hand against the door and concentrated. She was still
burning up, aside from her ability, but was determined to get them out of
there and away.
The door glowed with heat where the lock was and Julia stepped back.
Sam:
Sam stepped back too, not knowing ehere the hot lock might fly. "No, I
didn't even know MIlo was here, I thought they left him at the house. She's
still pretty sick," she added glancing at Reese. It felt so strange talking
to Julia, knowing what she now new. If circumstances had been different Sam
would have tucked her tail between her legs and run as far and fast as she
could. She felt just terrible, but she had to push that away. They ahd to
get out of here first.
