"Rachel," Derek said firmly, it was clear in his
gaze that he expected her to do something about this
situation. And if she didn't he certainly would,
regardless of the fact that he was not her parent.
"I'm going to sit with Julia," he told everyone
around him in general and headed for the sitting room.
Rachel looke at her daughter, aseriuos angry look on
her face. She motioned Kat to follow her back to her
room. Once they got there she said "Well kathrine
Corrigan, you've certainly gone to far now. Do you
know how much trouble we could have gotten into with
that childlish stunt you pulled? What were you
thinking of? you didn't think that sneaking out like
that when you were specificaly asked to stay away
could have hurt all the afforts we are doing to help
Derek and Julia? After all the two of them has done
for us? I can not believe you would behave so
irrosponsibly. I thought I taught you better then
that. I am really disapointed by you young lady."
Rachel quited down for a little looking at the affect
her words made on her daughter.
"Kat, please. If you are asked to do something, there
is a reason behind it. we don't keep things from you
unless it is absolutly neccessary, you know that. I
expect you to do as you are told in the future. Sloan
could Give Derek a hard time about this. Thinking he
may not be able to control the people who leave and
work for him. I wish you would think harder before you
act kat. Now I want you to stay here for the rest of
the day. I'll make sure lunch will be sent up for you.
I do not wish to see out there again today. Is that
understood?"
