Julia helped her up and set her on a table, getting her off of the cold floor.

"At this rate," She tried to say something that would make Alex at least chuckle as she took a look at their surroundings "Derek isn't going to let me out of the house for months."

Ugh, she mentally groaned, seeing exactly what she expected in that this vault was obviously in its original condition.

Which meant they were locked in with a certain amount of oxygen, neither of them could light a fire because it would cause the air to be sucked out and a foam shot out from tubes stationed around the area.  And most likely, she thought with a sigh, a timed lock that won't open until the next business day.  Which could very well be tomorrow or days from now.

Another twinge in her stomach and Julia gently rubbed there, closing her eyes and trying to stay calm "It's okay hon... Daddy'll find us."

Then in a soft whisper before turning to tend to Alex the best she can "Come on Derek... we need you."

Whatever Megan had hit Alex with had been heavy enough to make her bleed and Julia tore off a piece of her shirt to stop the flow.

All they could do was hope and wait.
