Philip instinctfully grabbing Kristin and looking at the others
before
running after him. They just barely made it to Derek's UV and in
before the
Precept took off. <whoever is with me and the Boston lass, hop

Kristin hadn't been able to put the events together in her mind
before Philip grabbed her and pulled her along to Derek's SUV, pushing
her inside, then following her in. She had no idea what had just
happened, but the look on Derek's face was enough to create a cold
pit of fear in her stomach.
As the SUV almost flew off the ferry under Derek's driving, she hoped
they would be in time
