Julia waited while she was checked out, looking at Derek from the corner of her eye and knowing full well that he was (barely) keeping to his word of not yelling until they got home. But she also knew it would be a hell of an explosion once they got there.
And the doctor, who was reporting to Derek now that everyone but Philip Callahan and Kristin Adams (did this so I wasn't playing characters without permission) were able to return home. Which meant it was the count down to Storm Rayne. She sighed and sat back, wondering also how Bryce was faring. She wasn't sure if Derek would call the local authorities about the body or take care of it with Legacy resources. She looked over at the door, the others having been pointed to a nearby waiting room to wait for the rest of them and Rachel, who was helping with the other two.
