I haven't picked a firm number. It's as much us as a community having confidence in the quality of the IPv6 routes as the number of servers. Almost certainly it'll be after I have the traceroute feature added and more monitors. My plan is to enable it for the "bare" zone first (pool.ntp.org), as that's probably mostly SNTP clients and then add 0, 1 and 3 last.
