Hi all, I'm trying to run a NTP pool server with minimal hardware, which is
an OpenWrt-flashed router with 5M/384k ADSL link. The box works fine, but
everytime the score climbs up above 10, the traffic congests my uplink and
eventually makes my box degraded.

It's a pity that we only have a handful of IPv4 servers in Taiwan.
Althought there are 6 more IPv6 servers, most clients in Taiwan still uses
IPv4, thus does not help easing the problem. (According to TWNIC 2012
annual report <http://www.twnic.net.tw/file/2012all.pdf> [PDF pp.5], IPv6
penetration in Taiwan is merely 0.52%.) I am afraid that I cannot serve
oversea requests with such a lowend hardware and massive domestic
requests. However the server management page still told me that I am part
of the Asia continental pool. Is it possible to opt-out of the continental
pool?
