Hi, Maybe there could be an option for making the own servers available to "out-of-continent" zones which are too small to serve all requests. These servers would then be included in queries from regions which do not have enough servers.
As a user you may have much higher latency but that's still better than flakey or unreachable NTP servers which are totally overloaded. Greetings, Max
