Now is "tomorrow".  I am still getting Messenger when I click on a
mailto on a web site.

Does the above setting work for you (i.e. for The Bat! to come up when
you click mailto in a Netscape browser)?  If yes, I am probably
missing something.  [I am using Win95a if it makes a difference.]
