Tested the new tarball, still works as before (single player can't
switch to fullscreen; sp + mp can't increase resolution beyond
1024x768). Gamepad is working - I didn't test it before the SDL2
update, so I'm not sure if anything changed. Played for a few minutes
in singleplayer and solo multiplayer mode - it's a nice game! Thanks!
