It is the legal aspect of the copyrighted code that concerns me rather
than anything to do with secrecy. For example, it would be possible for
AI to generate copy and paste algorithms from the Linux kernel which
falls under GPL V2 license. If you are merging this patch into BSD code
for example, the two licenses are incompatible and it may be difficult
to identify where these code fragments came from, that is until some
later time when you get hit with a copyright-license violation.
