I think it depends upon the requirements. For very simple mail and setup, +1 roundcube. I have been using horde for some time for my clients (as they use more of the calendaring stuff than anything) so if you need something a little more advanced, use +1 horde. Of course, you could offer both (which we do). For some clients, horde is too much, for others roundcube isn't enough.
