The DMARC FAQ, specifically http://dmarc.org/faq.html#s_3, shows that there are different solutions with different pros and cons. The examples at the end of that section show how a few organizations implemented the DKIM / SPF requirement from Yahoo and AOL. Short answer: this is not built into Postfix (if I could look 16 years into the future then I would be very rich). I do not have time to come up with a solution in the coming months.
