Yes, I am aware of that resource. In fact what I am trying to accomplish is a
variant of
B. Replace From: address, set Reply-To: to message author
Change the RFC5322.From address to an address within the mailing
list's domain
[email protected] => [email protected]
Set or change the RFC5322.ReplyTo address to the message author

I was not expecting any alteration to the existing software since I presumed
that my problem was in essence simply a configuration issue beyond my current
ability to diagnose. It seems to me though that if the Postfix handoff to
Mailman could be configured to resubmit the forwarded mail from Mailman back
to Postfix for delivery as if it were a new message instead of injecting it
back into the Postfix queue after the submission stage (if that indeed is what
happens) then the opendkim signing of the forwarded message would take place.
Is this configuration not possible?
I tried modifying mm_cfg.py to resubmit to port 587 but that had no effect on
observed behaviour
