No, I haven't. I can find those entries a lot, but not in conjunction with
signal 11.

Before it has been:
smtputf8_enable = ${{$compatibility_level} <level {1} ? {no} : {yes}}
And:
mail> postconf compatibility_level
compatibility_level = 3.6
Is this my issue? Shouldn't that be 3.8, instead?
