I have a PPro button which toggles XP's IPSEC on and off with the following command:
d:\4nt\4nt.exe /c f:\windows\ipsec\toggle.bat In addition to calling IPSECCMD.EXE to toggle the IPSEC filters, toggle.bat also toggles the contents of ipsec.ico by overwriting it with one of two icon files. PPro's additional commands for this button are: *Wait 3*<*Format Item item 21 list "MainBar" iconfile "f:\windows\ipsec\ipsec.ico" iconnum 1 The icon switching works only once, the first time (after a configure) I activate the button. What's up? Is there a more appropriate way to get PPro to refresh the button's icon? Note that after the icon switch fails, simply opening the config dialog and pressing OK will get the icon to change and the button will then work to change it one more time.
