For a long time I'd been using the method recommended in the help
file to have a bar show up next to open save dialogs with the most
recently used folders stored in _anyshort. However since a few
months the .lnk files that are put in the _anyshort folder are not
working anymore: instead of causing the execution of a *Keys
{tofolder} they now kick off an outlook event which (obviously)
throws an error in outlook. I have the feeling this problem started
occuring since I moved to XP but I'm not 100% positive.
Has anyone experinced this and can tell how to restore the normal
powerpro behavior?
Things I've tried without success:
- Reinstalling PowerPro
- Looking for an association with the .LNK extension (none found in
explorer file type options)
