Yeah, .lnk files can be known to have different implementations across 9x/nt
of windows. It might be a better idea to have either an .ini or .txt file
for keeping up with those items. I'm sure that would be more reliable, and
easier to customize. We already have xxx.timerlog, and other similar files.
Sounds like one extra file would be nicer than a folder, with subfolders. =)

Have sections:
[shared]
1=path1
etc
[exename]
1=path1
etc

?
