pickfile is supposed to return just the filename. Use pickstring
for full path.
There is a bug in pickfile with / as delimiter; it only works with \
until next beta.
I am just using the builtin Windows routine for wildcards so this
won't be changing. Another approach would be to get all files with
listfiles then filter the ones you want with regexp.
