Uh oh, you are right!

Bruce has stated in the Version History that �the command line import
and export of text files in PProConf.exe is no longer supported��� in
this case, does a method still exist to permanently import a new
command list into a .PCF file?

You are right, but my script is designed to create a command list if
it doesn't exist, and destroy it if it does, depending on when the
script is run.
