Incidentally, what would I need to position the bar where I want it in
a CL.SetProperties() command?

This is the command I'm using but the two positional parameters are
being blatantly ignored!

CL.SetProperties(CmdList, "Skin=ColourSpy\\Skin.txt\nFormat1=Flat TopMost ToolTips
AllVDesks Top: 0 Left: 0")

Hang on... do I remember someone saying that you must also specify a
Right: and Bottom: to get them recognised?

Yes if I add Right: 1 Bottom: 1 then it works as expected. Is this
a bug?
