Here the test results for the new timer coding. Tested with the
mighty Win95c and the mighty PowerPro 3.8.19b on a sunny Monday
morning. Problem were the wrong timer values in the following
situations before:

- Hibernation = now excellent
- Standby = now perfect
- Change of time/date = now no room for improvement

Extended test (there was a problem with this a longer time ago):

- Timer problems at 100 percent CPU = impossible to detect any

Bonus side effect:

- Less CPU consumption at least at my Computer (about 0,15 to 0,05
percent)

Conclusion:

The best PowerPro this world has ever seen! A new timer(ers) period
for this planet!

To be honest - after this long time with correcting the timer values
manually after almost every hibernation/standby/time change I was
pretty confused at the beginning. I was so used to the timer mess
and the following procedure to somehow correct them afterwards
already. Not idea what I will do with the saved time :-) But for
sure I will use hibernation on an almost daily basis now.

I thank Bruce for the new coding. Where can I send AT LEAST an
excellent bottle of wine too?
