Well, I don't have MyIE2/Maxthon here at home, and frankly
have little interest in it.
But, from Mockey's post, I suspect it's because of the
change of the child window's index:
BrowserURL = win.childTextByIndex("=Maxthon", 8)
I tested with IE and what I got was
BrowserURL = win.childTextByIndex("=iexplore", 3)
and the child window is "ComboBoxEx32" (:class name).
Would you tell us what the below are with the old MyIE2?
win.childTextByIndex("=myie", 3)
win.childTextByIndex("=myie", 8)
