I can access now MyIE/Maxthon.
I found out that the actual index number doesn't matter, since
it depends on how many toolbars they have.

The real reason why BrowserURL doesn't work with Maxthon seems
that the "Edit" control has an empty text whereas MyIE or IE
has the URL as the text.
BTW, all of them has the URL as the text for the "ComboBox".
