I'm using English XP with Korean MUI. I did the test in the English UI. Even this seemed not to work in Korean UI, as you noticed. (I guess you're using Korean XP, right?) Maybe the system fonts also do matter. You may test it by yourself. (I think one can enable the English UI in any language XP.) Anyway, this white space is not what I'm talking about here ... > When the width in the list item replacing the tray clock is 0, no > matter how long the name of the item is, tray text is aligned to the > upper end in my case, with all of the tray text being in the single > line. I think you'll see two-line texts in the tray. What I'm talking about here is right this. If you set the width to 0 in Korean UI, the tray text may be actually 2-line. First line: the (full) text you want to display Second Line: just some white spaces (<- this is my assumption) Well, I'm aware that this assumption has also its own difficulty to describe the case of "centered button text" (maybe the white spaces are simply disordered spaces?), however, the exact positions of the two cases seem surprisingly matched. Maybe, just a coincidence that I can't tell ... Sean ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Yahoo!
