Some solutions suggested in this thread require the mouse pointer
to be over the main title or over the child window. I guess that's
because in his original post, Arash asked about using "under".
Surely one of the main requirements of a keyboard shortcut should be
that it doesn't depend on having to take a hand off the keyboard to
move the mouse pointer; otherwise you might as well move the mouse
pointer over the Max/Restore button and click it.
I agree it would be good if "under" and "under parent", as the
target specifiers for a Window command, always worked as described.
However even if "under" worked properly in "Window MaxNormal under"
that would not be ideal for a hotkey (nor for a command in a
script in cases where the mouse position is unpredictable).
IMHO, the ideal solution would be a new keyword for captionlists
"activechild" which targets the currently focussed child window
of the currently focussed application, independent of the mouse position.
Making it a new keyword for caption lists would be better than making
it a keyword for Window commands only, because it could also be used
in plugin calls, and in If statements like:
if(window("class",activechild)==thisclass) do
window.maxnormal(activechild)
