Good idea. B> (I am assuming that icl files are also OK for DefaultIcon B> entries in registry which is how icons for scripts and notes B> displayed in explorer are set. Else may need to use dll file B> instead. Does anyone know?) I just tested by making an .icl file in Microangelo and setting in the registry the DefaultIcon for scripts and for notes to use the .icl. It worked here in XP - the new icons were shown in my file manager and also in my active bar when I opened a note. Could somebody please test whether Win98 or Win95 or NT4 too can use icons from inside .icl files, in a DefaultIcon key in the registry? Caution: Not all icon programs make the same standard .icl files. I had the experience of an icon app (can't remember which, maybe IconSushi ??) making an .icl which could not be opened by Microangelo. If you like I could assemble each set A,B,C into its own .icl file using Microangelo Librarian. Alan ------------------------ Yahoo!
