In the thread that I posted earlier, Bruce said he'd look into 
implementing something similar to DirChange, which does what you need, I'm 
waiting for that one too, but no guarantee we'll get it!
You may want to consider using the cmd version of it in the meantime (see 
thread for pointers). BTW, it's limited to WinNT/2k/XP - it isn't possible 
to get it on Win9x.
