Both commands now work at the slower pace, and all of my macro-invoked
*Keys commands ignore my Use fast keys send setting. They also
ignore an explicit {Fast} token at the beginning of the sequence.

Is there a way of having these sequences honour the fast setting
again? This is quite important to me since the macros, requiring that
I stop and wait for them, are now hindering me.
