OK Sean, this does work but here is another problem with this.
If to get it to work properly that "program manager" is sent the
hotkey data specifically, this would change the focus to the program
manager if there is an active window; no active window this is an
excellent fix.
Yes a scripted refocus could work or would changing how the hotkeys
work be a better solution? (just a thought)
