Obviously _193710 is time in hh:mm:ss and I suppose the last
one _8 is sort of the number of the copy of the note:
it's increased by 1 if you updated the note.
And the important fact here is that the note will be updated
even if it's only rolled-up/unrolled.

So, if these numbers are in the note name, then whenever
the note is rolled-up/unrolled, PP has to create newer one
and delete the older one. I thought there could arise some
trouble here, maybe due to an interference/slow-down
caused by other processes like Anti-Virus proggy, Sandbox
utility, etc.
