At first I thought it could be done using GUI functions of AutoIt or
AutoHotkey, however, now I'm not sure as the caption bar is not the
client area, i.e., created by Windows itself, I think. So, I suspect
it should be done at the creation moment of the window: I recalled
that eMule has an option to display its custom button in the title
bar, but it seemed to be in reality show/hide, not create/destroy,
that I don't really know.

Why don't you google about it, then?
