Has anyone ever had this setting to not work? I use it on my home computer without problem, but my work laptop doesn't show any effect from this setting. 255 looks the same as 0. Other levels of transparency do fade the bar and the text as expected. Is there some setting I may be missing or is it a video card quirk?
