I though about this, and it seems pretty straightforward, my main hesitation being that this approach
needs to deal with file access properties -- to make the folder writeable by the sender and the new note
deletable by the receiver. I'm not sure what tools I can use on WinXP for that purpose.
But as you and Sean pointed out, venturing into the RunAs approach seems harder.
