Weirder and weirder.  Bizaro says plugin works okay on his machine.

So got to be something particular to your situation.

Nothing special, I just checked dependencies and it's pretty much the
bog-standard dlls, plus I think advapi32.dll which is pretty usual as
well.

What does crypto.version return?  What's exact size of crypto.dll?
