I am also seeing some unexpected slowdowns, I am on 4.5.03.
Typically the problem has been on hotkeys defined to do window
management. I have a hotkeys defined for minimizing a window:
Key = Alt+F11
Cmd1 = Window.Min_("active")
I have seen cases where I pressed Alt+F11, nothing happened, I used
the mouse to minimize the window, and then it acted on the next active
window.
