in my experience, keyboard shotcuts are much quicker to trigger then a
toolbar or similar because it does not require to call on any part of
the windows display drawing system.
i have even used multimedia keys controled by powerpro+keytrap (they
dont register at all in powerpro alone) while inside a game and more or
less instant reaction.
