I just looked at Process Explorer's menu Options...
check "Replace Task Manager"

It makes P E appear when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del

Possibly even more effective than a Powerpro hotkey
when the system is under load ???

with some nitpicking:

I think this is an issue about the system being under load
rather than PowerPro specifically being under load.
