FWIW: I've got a badly underpowered laptop (Win2K P-II 233 Mhz 196 MB) and
quite frequently find myself in a 100% CPU/major swapping position.

I used to use the swap Process Explorer for Task Manager in C+A+D but found
that sometimes PE wouldn't start from there while under same conditions Task
Manager would. It appears to have smaller memory requirement - at least I
can get it up and start killing stuff to get my system back to being
responsive.

Regards ... Alec
