This is new to me too. The keys from file bit is probably only applicable if the setup option elects a text file. I tried dleidinger's filedialg caption button as-is and it works in PSPad's Open file dialog while giving an error dong in NoteTab's. I see it enter the folder name, but something is going wrong. If I type the folder name and press enter or Alt+O it changes to the requested folder in either app's dialog.
