You must configure your bar as per the help and so set the last buttons
command entry controls for the left command to the above text.

This is using PowerPro's capability to process programming expressions
to build and execute a keys command.

Your bar is configured to show the files of the folder
c:\program files\powerpro\favfolder\_anyshort

If you look inside this folder with explorer, you will see a bunch
of .txt files containing text like
{to folder)c:\path\to\a\folder

The do command will create and run a keys command. This keys command
uses the from{} to send the contents of one of these files to the file
name edit box on the open file dialog. Its the {to folder} that causes
PowerPro to select the file name box.

But how does this do command get run when you press a button?

Well, if you configured the bar as indicated in the help, you will have
checked "use last command for folder button command" on the command
list properties for folder buttons. This says that PowerPro should
execute the command on the last button whenever you select press a
button corresponding to one of the files in the folder that the bar is
configured to show. So whenever you press a button, the do(..) command
is run.

We're almost there. We now have PowerPro running the do command when
you press a button and the button represents a file which contains that
{to folder} text shown above. But how does the command know which file
you chose? It knows from the __file__ which is a special variable that
PowerPro sets the the chosen file when you press a folder button.

So, to recap, here is a summary
1. Your bar is configured to show buttons for each file in the
_anyshort folder.
2. These files are set by PowerPro to contain text suitable for *keys
to send to set a file path in an open file dialog.
3. Pressing a button selects a file from the _anyshort folder and sets
__FILE__ to the name of that file.
4. Pressing a button also causes the last command in your bar, namely
to do, to run.
5. The Do command contains an expression
"{from "++__FILE__++"}"
which is evaluated and used with the keys command to select the file
which contains the {to folder} stuff.

I hope that helps a bit. I suspect its a lot to try to absorb, but if
you work it through step by step it may make sense.
