Yes! It works! Thank you so much Sheri for that bit of information. I was not able to really see exactly how to do that from the help file. I'm just getting to get a feel for the logic of some of PowerPro configurations. I really appreciate your taking the time to help me out with this one. I'd like to ask just a little more regarding the bar that appears in the save/open boxes. (Since others who are somewhat new to PowerPro too may benefit from this thread I'll go on just a little more with this). Is there a way to make just the folders show in the bar...not the whole paths? I find I have to do a bit of browsing through all the path stuff when what I really want to see is just the folder names so I can jump to them quickly. Thank you very much, frew
