I use sysinternals' process explorer to find processes that hold a file
open. Press Ctrl+F and enter pproconf.pcf in the input field. When I do,
with powerpro.exe or pproconf.exe running normally, I get an empty list,
that is pproconf.pcf isn't being held open by other programs.
