The first time I had the problem it was installed. So I have tought
that it could be the source of the problem and I have deactivated it
using autoruns. But this does not eradicated the problem.

Now that I have recreated by bar using a new bar, I had the problem
and it said that PPro could not WRITE the pproconf.pcf file (the old
message was about reading as far as I remember).
Then, while the message box was showing, I have lauched the process
explorer and searched for pproconf.pcf using CTRL-F but the list was
empty.
So the mystery continues...

Maybe my anti-spyware soft ( Spyware doctor) or my anti-virus (Avast)
are try to check this file during boot of PPro and block ppro from
accessing freely to this file?
